Personal memories are handled with studio-level care.
How information is used
Information is used to review the commission, reply to your inquiry, recommend an artwork format, prepare a quote, support payment, produce the piece, arrange shipping, and provide customer support.
Service providers
The studio may use trusted services for website hosting, email, checkout, payment processing, order management, file storage, analytics, and shipping. These services only receive information needed to perform their role.
Reference images
Reference photos are stored privately and used only to review and create your commission. They are never sold, licensed, or published without your explicit permission.
Marketing and portfolio
Finished artwork, process clips, customer stories, and reference images are not published without the customer's explicit permission. A private memory or surprise gift remains private.
